Remembering Cora, Dawson, and Callan
Before there was a case, there were three children.
Cora. Dawson. Callan.
They were not evidence. They were not headlines. They were not characters in a theory.
They were three young children whose lives existed before the court filings, expert testimony, arguments, social-media posts, and public debate that followed their deaths.
Record, Not Rumor is dedicated to their memory.
Their lives
Cora, Dawson, and Callan deserve to be remembered for more than the way they died.
We will not invent those details to make this page more complete.
Where the surviving public record is limited, we would rather leave space than fill it with assumption.
Their lives were real even where the available record is quiet.
What happened to them
On January 24, 2023, Cora, Dawson, and Callan were killed by their mother, Lindsay Clancy.
The case concerns Lindsay Clancy's mental state and whether, under Massachusetts law, she was criminally responsible for the acts she committed.
Why remembering them matters
Record, Not Rumor will not participate in that erasure.
Three children lived.
Three children were loved.
Three children should have had more time.
In memory of Cora, Dawson, and Callan.
