  • Clancy Record — Available: Canonical collection root for the Clancy factual/source record.
  • Trial Record — Available · evidentiary review through Day 22: Day-by-day record with proceeding dates, working-transcript provenance, source limitations, and witness/evidence context. The evidentiary review is complete through Day 22 and submission to the jury; deliberations and final disposition are tracked separately.
  • Final Disposition — Formal mistrial declared · September 4, 2026: The jury returned no verdict before Judge William Sullivan formally declared a mistrial. The mistrial is a procedural disposition, not an acquittal or conviction. No accepted partial verdict has been located in the maintained source record.
  • Medication Matrix — Published · validated / sealed: Twenty-two medication and ancillary-exposure families with exposure state, exposure grade, report/observation/objective provenance, provider response, conflicts, unresolved gaps, Evidence IDs, Source IDs, representative pinpoints, and version history.
  • Evidence Matrices — Available · mixed publication state: Source-controlled factual matrices aligning chronology, treatment, medications, provider continuity, device evidence, corroboration, conflict, and evidentiary limits without M1/M2 weighting. MED-PRE v1.1 is published; other matrix streams remain active or pending.
  • Sources — Available · expanding: General source registry for trial days, witnesses, filings, transcript locators, source limitations, and the current reviewed record. The revision-aware Trial transcript utility remains separately preserved.
  • Remembering — Available: The permanent dedication at the center of the founding record.
  • Factual Record Matrix — Available · expanding: Chronology, testimony, exhibits, pleadings, evidentiary status, and limitations, updated from the reviewed trial record. Preserved as an established route and contextual Trial resource.
  • Opening Statements — Available: Indexed as attorney argument and trial roadmap—not evidence. Preserved as an established contextual Trial route.
  • Related FoF Audits — Separate analytical layer: Record, Not Rumor preserves the evidentiary record and concise findings. Facts or Fallacies carries full bounded claim audits. Existing RnR finding URLs remain permanent self-canonical discovery surfaces.
  • Trial Days 2–22 — Evidentiary review complete through submission to jury: Days 2–7 and 9–22 have source-bounded publication records. Day 8 source material has been recovered, but consequential wording remains withheld pending transcript and audiovisual cross-check. Days 20–21 retain working-transcript normalization caveats; Day 22 is argument, law, instructions, and submission rather than witness evidence.
  • Deliberations — Tracked separately: Jury proceedings after submission are maintained as procedural records and are not treated as witness evidence or as proof of private juror reasoning.
  • Two civil complaints — Available: Indexed as attributed allegations in pleadings—not adjudicated facts.

Scope to be defined from authenticated source material

The next record collection will use the same evidence classes, provenance fields, limitations, correction history, and machine-readable publication structure. No record-level conclusion is published before its source boundary is established.

Publication begins after source intake and boundary review.
