Record, Not Rumor

The Clancy Records | Record, Not Rumor

The source-controlled factual record for the Clancy case: trial-day records, factual matrices, source provenance, evidentiary limits, and corrections.

The Clancy factual/source record

Record, Not Rumor preserves the factual Clancy record separately from analytical claim audits. The evidentiary review is complete through Trial Day 22 and submission to the jury. Deliberations and final disposition are tracked separately as procedural records.

Current Clancy rumor audits

The current findings, established URLs, source paths, and correction history remain permanent, public, and discoverable on RnR. Expanded FoF audits require separate publication authorization and do not replace these RnR surfaces. Open the current findings.

Paired publication

Expanded claim audits may also publish on Facts or Fallacies after separate publication authorization. Existing RnR findings remain permanent, self-canonical discovery surfaces.
