THE CLANCY RECORD · FACTUAL / EVIDENTIARY MATRICES
Evidentiary
Matrices.
The record is aligned across evidence streams before factual matrix entries are published. Each matrix preserves what was said, written, prescribed, observed, recorded, independently corroborated, contradicted, or left unresolved—and what each source cannot establish.
MIXED PUBLICATION STATEMED-PRE v1.1 is validated, sealed, and authorized for public build. Other factual matrix streams remain active or pending and receive no finality by implication. The evidentiary review is complete through Trial Day 22 and submission to the jury. Deliberations and final disposition are tracked separately as procedural records.
PUBLISHED MATRIX · MED-PRE v1.1Medication Matrix
Twenty-two medication and ancillary-exposure families are separated by prescribing, availability, reported use, supported exposure, dose, efficacy/adverse-effect provenance, objective constraints, provider response, conflicts, unresolved gaps, and source limitations.
Core rule: Prescribed ≠ dispensed ≠ possessed ≠ taken ≠ taken as directed ≠ therapeutically exposed ≠ caused a symptom.

Chronology & communications
Trial chronology is aligned with authenticated messages, calls, family and friend communications, contemporaneous writings, and firsthand observations. This matrix stream remains active.
Digital & device evidence
Searches, Apple Notes, phone artifacts, wearable data, surveillance, and other device records are aligned by timestamp and attribution. This matrix stream remains active.
Symptom provenance
Contemporaneous private writings, provider disclosures, communications with friends and family, and firsthand observations are compared chronologically. This matrix stream remains active.
Provider continuity
Overlapping providers, treatment handoffs, medication-management decisions, direct record exchange, patient-mediated reporting, and documented information gaps are mapped without presuming negligence, deception, or causation. This matrix stream remains active.
Evidence limits & contradictions
Each proposition carries its provenance and limitation. Apparent contradictions are tested against dates, source type, speaker, observation versus report, and independent corroboration before they are classified.
Why factual matrices come before analytical conclusions.
A single fact can look decisive when isolated and change meaning when placed beside the rest of the record. Record, Not Rumor does not publish a new conclusion simply because one testimony segment, search, medication entry, note, or observation appears important. The record is cross-checked across evidence streams first.
The purpose is not to prove a preferred theory. Factual entries preserve the same record, chronology, contrary evidence, and limitations regardless of which analytical model is later tested. M1/M2 weighting and public-claim analysis belong on Facts or Fallacies, not inside this factual matrix layer.
