About the Work

Record, Not Rumor and Facts or Fallacies are independent, source-first public record projects created by Stevie.

Claims should be traceable to evidence, and uncertainty should remain uncertainty until the record earns something stronger.

These projects are not affiliated with the parties, attorneys, court, law-enforcement agencies, medical providers, media organizations, or advocacy groups involved in the cases examined here.

The goal is not to tell readers what to think.

The goal is to make it easier to see what the record actually contains, where information came from, what remains uncertain, and where public narratives have moved beyond the evidence supporting them.

About the creator

Stevie works primarily behind the scenes in systems architecture, technical research, source reconciliation, and evidence-focused analysis.

The Clancy case became the catalyst.

a place where the source comes first.

Both projects are built around the same obligation:

leave the record clearer than it was found.

Evidence before interpretation

Evidence → Interpretation → Decision → Publication

Record, Not Rumor and Facts or Fallacies

Record, Not Rumor preserves and organizes the evidentiary record: testimony, documents, timelines, proceedings, source materials, and concise record-level findings.

Facts or Fallacies examines public claims against that record in greater depth: what was claimed, what evidence was offered, what the underlying sources establish, what remains uncertain, and where reasoning fails.

The record comes first.

The narrative audit follows.

With love. Always.
