Record, Not Rumor

Record, Not Rumor | A Public Source Record

A public source-record system preserving authenticated records, trial-day sources, factual matrices, provenance, evidentiary limits, and corrections.

Public source record

Record, Not Rumor preserves source-controlled public records, their provenance, evidentiary limits, and correction history. Analytical claim classification is maintained separately on Facts or Fallacies.

Active record boundary

The trial record is being expanded day by day. Our review of the evidentiary phase is complete through the case's submission to the jury. Trial pages are being expanded from the underlying record so readers can follow testimony, evidence, rulings, and source limitations in context. Deliberations and final disposition are tracked separately and are added only when verified.

Current Clancy rumor audits

The published findings remain permanent, live, and discoverable on RnR as established record-based discovery surfaces. Open the current Clancy findings.

Paired publication

Expanded claim audits may also publish on Facts or Fallacies after separate publication authorization. Existing indexed RnR routes remain permanent discovery surfaces and retain their established canonical ownership.

This route contains an interactive source record when JavaScript is available. Its canonical URL, factual summary, provenance context, and structured page data are provided directly in this HTML response for search and research systems.
